Don't worry about the grade of the embryo. Embryo rating is based on appearance and doesn’t have a lot of data to back it up. I know someone who had twins, they put in the best embryo (a boy) and put the worst rated embryo (a girl) in and the RE gave her a 5% chance of the girl taking.
